Ramban 12 Sep(KNB): In a horrifying incident today, a truck carrying goods was struck by a massive slide of stone boulders at Slard Sherbibi in Banihal, leaving four individuals dead on the spot.
The local police have started a rescue operation to address the situation, while the deceased bodies have been shifted to the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) in Banihal for further procedures.
Official said a truck (registration number JK03J 0312) heading towards Kashmir was hit by a big slide of rocks near Sliad Sherbibi, pushing it into a gorge leaving 4 dead.
However, restoration work is going on at NHW MS 178-179.(KNB)
