Govt ordered Transfers and postings. of 36 KAS officers vide Government Order No.1129-GAD of 2017, Dated:06-09-2017, which reads as:-
In the interest of administration,ctn the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:
1. Mr. Arvind Kotwal, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Surinsar-Mansar, against an available vacancy.
2. Mr. Pritam Lal Atri, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, ICDS, Social Welfare Department, vice Mr. Ashiq Hussain Lily.
3. Ms. Purnima Mittal, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Srinagar, against an available vacancy
4. Mr. Rakesh Kumar, KAS, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
5. Mr. Rishpal Singh, KAS, Director, Land Management, Jammu Development Authority, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, vice Dr. Bharat Bushan, KAS, who shall await further orders of posting in the General Administration
