Urges Governor administration for contingency plan to check mortality.
Srinagar,Feb,22,:-MLA elect Rafiabad,Yawar Dilawar Mir has expressed concerned over fast spreading Swine Flue in various parts of the valley. Yawar Mir has enjoined upon the Governor administration to role out an effective contingency plan to check increasing number of deaths due to this fatal viral disease.
He has expressed anguish over non preparedness of the concerned health authorities to tackle the contagious swine flue disease and not conducting H1N1vaccination in educational institutions on anticipation.
Yawar Mir has urged the Health and Medical Education authorities to immediately launch a vigorous awareness campaign to educate masses about the preventive measures against this disease through both print and electronic media.
Yawar Mir had also asked the concerned district heath officials to take effective measures to check spread of swine flue in his Rafiabad constituency and ensure availability of H1N1 vaccine.
