Srinagar | June 17 : The Director School Education Kashmir Shah Faisal today suspended a lecturer Dr. Shabnum, who is posted as a Warden at Gujjar Bakerwal hostel for allegedly physically assaulting the girl students living at the hostel here at Tulsi bagh.
The suspension order, a copy of which is in possession of PTK, reads that pending enquiry into the allegations Dr Shabnum has been placed under suspension with immediate effect.
The Joint Director Trainings and Principal SIE, Srinagar has been appointed as enquiry officer for conducting in-depth enquiry into the incident after recording the statements and examining the evidences and submit the factual report within 15 days to the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DESK).
Zareena Hasssan, has been asked to assume charge of Warden Gujjar Bakerwal Hostel with immediate effect. (PTK)
