Srinagar, April 7: Residents of Nusoo in Bandipora district Tuesday held protests against Public Health Engineering Department for insufficient water supply to the village.
Demanding adequate availability of pure drinking water, residents staged a sat in on Bandipora- Srinagar road resulting in traffic jam for several hours.
The protesting people accused the department of deliberately ignoring the sufferings of the people despite repeated pleas.
