Srinagar, Jan 26 : The Enforcement Wing of the Directorate of Agriculture Kashmir headed by Deputy Director law and Enforcement Mohd Shafi Malik On Wednesday raided various pesticide outlets in the Valley and seized 10097 Kilograms of Dithane M-45 manufactured by Saraswati Agrochemicals (India) Pvt Ltd.
The product bearing Batch No: C719GCOSO1 was declared misbranded by Quality Control Laboratory (QCL), Lal Mandi, Srinagar and accordingly orchardists and farmers have been asked not to use the misbranded pesticide in their fields as it can harm their crop. (KNS)
