He had bullet injuries in chest
Srinagar, Apr 24 : PDP District President Pulwama, Abdul Gani Dar who was shot at by unidentified gunmen in Pulwama district succumbed to his injuries.
Talking to KNS, Medical Superintendent SMHS, Dr Nazir Chowdhary said, “Dar who had bullet injuries in his chest was declared dead.”
Dar who was an advocate and PDP’s District President Pulwama was shot at by unidentified gunmen in Pulwama district while he was travelling to Srinagar.
SSP Pulwama Rayees Mohammad Bhat had said that Dar was shot at by militants near Pinglin on Srinagar Pulwama Highway.
“He has bullet injuries in his chest and has been rushed to Srinagar Hospital”, he said. (KNS)
