Srinagar 08 January (KNB): During the late-night fire, a seminary — where young ones learn about the teachings of Islam — was badly damaged in Srinagar’s Noorbagh area.
According to officials, a fire gutted the religious institution — Islamia Arabia Daru Salaam in Noorbagh’s Baghwanpora area of Srinagar during the Thursday-Friday’s intervening night.
However, the reason behind the fire was believed to be a short circuit which was later doused by the fire tenders. (KNB)
