In the latest relesead shortlist called for interview under Integrated Child Development Scheme under social Welfare Department the candidates alleged malpractices have been adopted with merit given no value.
From project officers to Dietcian all posts are under scanner, with those candidates called for interview who are low on merit and qualification.
“We are bamboozled and surprised on seeing the list of shortlisted candidates for interview as they neither have merit not qualification and wrongly social Welfare Department is passing the buck on NELT Rangreth who have nothing to do with this,” stated a candidate while talking to The Kashmir Scenario.
Sources have revealed that higher qualified candidates have been ignored and those blue eyed candidates who lag merit and qualifications have been called for interview for favours by the officials of Social Welfare Department.
