Malik Condemns Slapping PSA on Zahoor Ahmad Butt
Srinagar, Apr 29 : Indian home minister’s statement in Indian parliament about separate colonies in the name of pundits have exposed the double speak of PDP rulers in Kashmir.
People of Kashmir rising above their religious considerations and affiliations have rejected this idea and Kashmiris cannot remain silent spectators over these conspiracies that are being hatched to divide people in the name of faith. This was stated by the chairman JKLF Mohammad Yasin Malik
while reacting to recent statement of Indian home minister Rajnath Singh in Indian parliament in which he has said that mufti Mohammad Sayeed has pledged to handover many acres of land for the construction of these separate colonies. Yasin Malik said that people of Kashmir including Muslims, Pundits, Sikhs, Christians and Hindus living here from hundreds of years have unanimously rejected this idea of promoting hatred and farness and we will oppose construction of these Israeli type settlements with tooth and nail. Yasin Malik while condemning the double speak of PDP rulers on this issue said that blatant lies of PDP cannot befool the nation of Kashmir and JKLF will organize a peaceful sit-in and procession against this idea on Saturday 2nd of may 2015, at Kahnkah I Moa’ala Srinagar. Yasin Malik said that mufti Mohammad Sayeed and his party is hell bent upon implementing RSS agenda in Kashmir and it is their hidden agenda to harm interests of Kashmiris while doing so. He said that there are credible information’s about the proposed change in state subject rule to make it convenient for outsiders to get state subject certificate. Likewise PDP is trying to befool people of Kashmir by saying that there is no idea of any separate colonies for pundits and that they will be given monetary support to buy lands and houses of their choice instead of settling them in separate colonies . Yasin Malik said that recent statement of Indian home minister has exposed these blatant lies of PDP people and in fact the reality is that these people have sold out their faith and Kashmiri interests to RSS and its allies and slowly and secretly they want to fulfill their commitments with BJP and RSS. Yasin Malik said that PDP and its masters know that Kashmiris including pundits, Hindus, Sikhs, Christians and Muslims in one voice have rejected their anti Kashmiri plot and Kashmiris will oppose these ideas of hatred with tooth and nail and will not allow anybody to implement RSS agenda in Kashmir.
Yasin Malik said Kashmiri Muslims believe that pundits are a part and parcel of this land and their return will be a matter of joy for us but construction of Israeli type settlements and separate home land colonies in their name is a dangerous Polly of rulers who want to divide us in the name of religion and sect. He said that we all should realize that rulers and trying to promote permanent hatred between us and that is why people living in Kashmir have stood unanimously against this conspiracy and have said no to this dangerous plan. Yasin Malik said that if these Indian rulers and their Kashmiri puppets are really interested in giving our pundit brethren some relief they should instead of constructing walls of hatred help them financially so that they are able to purchase lands and houses of their own choice in Kashmir or renovate their own old houses here. He said that rulers instead of doing this are trying to put forth the agenda of RSS which is to harm communal harmony of Kashmir and destroy our social fabric for their pity political gains. This is why we are on daily basis hearing controversial, contradictory and confusing statements from state puppet rulers and Indian rulers in Delhi. Yasin Malik said that people of Kashmir who have sacrificed their thousands of people for freedom cannot be be-fooled by these confusing statements and we unanimously will remain protesting against these dangerous plans .Yasin Malik announced that
JKLF will organize peaceful sit –in and Jaloos against these Israeli type settlements on 2nd may 2015, Saturday. This peaceful program will start at 6:00 P.M. at historical Kahankah I Moa’ala Srinagar. InshaAllah and people will protest against these separate colonies, atrocities being committed on Shar I Khaas youth and innocent killings at Tral and Narbal…
Meanwhile JKLF chairman strongly condemned the act of slapping PSA (public safety act) on JKLF leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt. Zahoor Ahmad Butt who is the younger brother of Shaheed Baba I Quom Mohammad Maqbool Butt has been in jail from 2013 and recently his PSA order was quashed by court. Today authorities slapped another PSA on him and he has been shifted to Baramullah jail. Yasin sahib while condemning the slapping of PSA on Zahoor Ahmad Butt has said that mufti Mohammad Sayeed on one hand propagates battle of ideas theory and on the other hand has unleashed reign of terror against Kashmiris and especially prisoners. Yasin Malik while strongly condemning the slapping of PSA on Zahoor Butt termed it as most undemocratic act.
