Srinagar 30 March (KNB): Farooq Abdullah has been tested positive for Covid19 and shows symptoms of the contracted coronavirus, said Omar Abdullah via a tweet on Tuesday.
Omar in his tweet said that “My father has tested positive for COVID-19 & is showing some symptoms.”
He also said that he and his family are going to self quarantine till they do the test. He said in a tweet, “I will be self-isolating along with other family members until we get ourselves tested.”
He also suggested those who have come into contact with them recently to follow given precaution and he tweeted in this regard as “I request anyone who has come in to contact with us over the last few days to take all the mandated precautions.” (KNB)
