Singh urged the administration to provide travel permits to them before the movement of darbar move vehicles and staff.
Singh said he has written to Lt. Governor G.C. Murmoo , Advisors to Lt.Gov. Farooq Khan & Baseer Ahmad Khan, Divsional Commisioner Jammu Sanjeev Verma and DC Jammu Sushma Chouhan regarding the issue.
He hoped the administration will adress the issue at earliest.
