Speaker of Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly Kavinder Gupta said police should arrest those who raise Pakistani flag and not those who raise Indian flag.
Pertinently two youth were arrested for waving Indian flag, one identified as Sachin Kumar from RS Pura, were detained after a crowd raised concerns over the act of raising flags at Ghanta Ghar (Clock Tower) in Lal Chowk.
According to media Reports youth used abusive language when people asked them to explain their act.
Later, police controlled the situation and whisked away the youths.
