After boy, girl’s body found in Kangan canal
Srinagar | May 18 : It was a love story that really ended at a bad note. Yes, you have read it right. It may sound a reel life, but it is a real story.
The boy and a girl (Names withheld) in Kangan’s Margund village were in love from past several years.
Sources said that both the lovers fled from their respective houses as the parents of the girl weren’t willing to marry the lovers. So the situation turned ugly, as the couple went missing on March 26.
After days of protests by the locals, the body of the boy was found in a canal last week. The body of the boy was covered with stones and ropes, said the locals.
Few days before his body was found, the body of the girl was also found in the same canal. Who is behind this killing is a question police is investigating. As of now we can only said that the love story ended at a bad note. It should not have happened. They were in love and should have been allowed to marry. (PTK)
