After tasting success and making an impressive debut on the political stage, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Sunday kickstarted its membership drive in Jammu and Kashmir at Hotel Lala Rukh Srinagar.
Addressing a press conference, J&K incharge AAP said, “We have started our membership drive from today onwards. Anybody can become a member of the party. The whole public can become a member of the party.”
Setting targets for enrolling new members, Gulab said, “It is our target to enroll good sum of members of the party, We will also launch website for online membership.
Secretary to the parliamentary education of Delhi Parveen Kumar said, “This is the first time we have launched membership drive in Kashmir and we are hopeful to get more members from Kashmir.
Later the party leaders held meeting presided by Talha khan and finalized the list of Pocs which will be published in two days.
