25 more test positive for Covid-19 in Kashmir; total cases rise to 270 in J&K

Srinagar 13 April (KNB): With the detection of 25 new positive cases for covid 19 in Kashmir valley, taking the number of such cases to 270 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Among 217 tests, 12 came positive from Bandipora and Baramulla district,while 8 are from Gund Jehangir, 01 from Naidkhai Bandipora and 3 are from Baramulla district. SKIMS Official told Kashmir News Bureau.

“These are only samples that we have tested in Skims today, he further said.

12 non-locals among 25 more test positive

Aggressive contact tracing of the new cases has been started while some new areas have been declared red zones in Srinagar following the detection of fresh cases,”said an official.(KNB)
