15- year old girl died after a tree fell on her in Chountiwari village of Aloosa bandipora following a strong windstorm on Tuesday evening.
The girl has been identified as 15-year-old Rehana D/o Of Mohaamad Shafi Chechi of residence Chountiwari village.
Pertinently, the windstorm caused intense damage to the orchards filled with apples and uprooted hundreds of trees, the locals said. The windstorm created fear and panic among residents and confined them to their houses.
