Suspected militants ransack house of local PDP leader in Tral village

Srinagar, October 21: Suspected militants have ransacked house of a zonal president of ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Dadsara village of Tral in Pulwama district and fired several gunshots before leaving the spot.




Sources told GNS that the suspected militants barged into residence of PDP Zonal president Muhammad Ashraf Mir at Dadsara. Mir was not present in his house but attackers ransacked the window panes and glasses.

They also fired several gunshots before leaving the spot but no one was injured, sources said. The incident came just a day after militants had hurled grenade on house of MLA Tral.(GNS)
