Srinagar 26 March: Srinagar Municipal Corporation conducted prompt sterilization drives in Hyderpora and Natipora area after two cases were declared positive for Covid 19.
A fully equipped team of fifty memebers took to these areas for conducting fumigation and prescribed chemical spraying at around 300 mtr radius of these areas.
Meanwhile, All the connecting lanes, by lanes, mohhallas, mosques etc in Natipora and Hyderpora were well sanitized under the supervision of the concerned ward officers, sanitary supervisors and inspectors.
“SMC is conducting sterilisation drives with an aim to sanitise and disinfect all the areas including hospitals’ Quarantines, important destinatons’ like Ration Depos, ATMS, Banks,other essential service locations within the limits of Srinagar city,” said Commissioner SMC Gazanfar Ali in a statement.
