MLA Kokernag Abdul Rahim Rather has called upon the state government to lift the suffocating ban on Mobile services .
While taking to Kashmir Scenario, MLA Kokernag said ” The ban on Mobile services is giving sleepless nights to Kashmiris living outside .It is also causing great economic loss to the already unrest hit Valley .
“He observed that atleast postpaid mobile services should be made functional to ease the pain of masses.
