“For the first time, I have seen flowers blooming on almond trees in February; it was supposed to be after 15th March, 2016,” Local said.
This year, Kashmir has witnessed absolutely scant snowfall with capital Srinagar virtually witnessing a snow-less winter. The change in weather has surprised not just the locals but tourists coming to witness the Kashmir snow.
