An Educational and Motivational tour for Youths of Rampur – Boniyar (Baramula) was flagged off by Colonel AK Srivastava, Officiating Commander, and Dagger Artillery Brigade on 10 June. The tour has a multifarious aim of fostering brotherhood, feeling of unity and creating awareness of our nation’s multi-faceted identity .
Youth will be visiting historical and various places of tourist interest at Jammu, New Delhi, Guwahati and Shillong. The tour will provide an opportunity to these Youths to appreciate the harmonious co-existence amongst the people from different religions in various parts of India. It will also help them to see for themselves the ongoing developmental activities in other states and the manner in which peace has helped different regions of India to develop and prosper. The Youth along with their parents were very happy and enthusiastic about the tour. They expressed their hope that this tour will certainly go a long way in generating awareness amongst the youth of this region, by giving them a glimpse of the prosperity and cultural heritage of our nation.
