They alleged that they have been kept at Kupwara Sub District hospital which has dirty washrooms, unhygienic food and cold water.

Moreover, locals of Drugmulla village District Kupwara alleged that the whole area has not been fumigated yet even after many cases of deadly Covid-19 positive cases from the area were reported.

The locals have appealed Administrators and District Health Authorities of Kupwara to take immediate steps to .fumigate the affected areas.

He further added,” huge panic is among locals as the the dragmulaa area of kupwara has not been sanitized yet, there is immediate need for sanitization of the area for the well being of whole society.”

One of the persons from quarantine facility while talking to Kashmir News Bureau on phone said, “As per WHO guidelines, isolation and hygiene are basic preventive measures to be taken to avoid the spread of COVID-19 but no such measures are being taken by the administration here in SDH Kupwara.”
