Dousing the rumours about death of injured youth Director SKIMS, Dr. Showkat Ahmad Zargar told Kashmir Scenario over phone that the youth was operated for the skull fracture, all the parameters show him stable. He has been now hifted to intensive care unit where his condition is said to be stable.
