During his current tenure as education minister overall performance has been good especially to  develop  infrastructure to give a fillip to education activities in the State and provide a platform for budding talent  to hone their skills.

As Minister Bukhari has Acknowledged  the role of teachers in building a better society, teachers of Jammu and Kashmir have a great role to play as they face many challenges as compared to other states so ministry under him has done dynamic changes to meet their needs .

Overall the condition of the Government schools is still not satisfactory as very few student strength , poor results are still marring the department and in this regard many steps needs to be taken by the ministry under him.

People from his constituency state barring few exceptions the personality of Altaf Bukhari is accessible to them.

Description :

Known for his positive energy , just 37 year old Sunil Kumar Sharma is  overall a good representative of the work culture slogan . He has right mindset towards reforms and in this regard has taken lead so that ailing but important Jammu and Kashmir State Roads Transport Corporation (JKSRTC)  registers a zero loss .

He has been also working with same zeal in the Revenue to ensure that we achieve complete digitalization of land records .

But to his disadvantage sometimes critics say he is over busy in his cabin with his party colleagues and maybe misses important moments on ground zero .

Although he is trying to balance the same by his good work and reform skills .

Overall his constituency which has difficult terrain is giving much positive feedback of their young MLA Kishtwar Sunil Kumar Sharma.

Description

In 2014 elections Only two women candidates won in the elections. Asiea Naqash of PDP, who won for the first time from Hazratbal seat and Shamima Firdous of NC, who won Habbakadal seat for the second time. Asiea Naqash has got important departments under her as minister .

But the personality of Asiea Naqash as minister has not fully satisfied .Her work style although is seen as somewhat focused but it is said that it lacks the touch that the crucial departments like Health or Urban Development requires. Asiea Naqash knowledge acumen is also not said to be that great or what one terms the people or human resource contact.

What is most disappointing is her complete neglect of her constituency the prestigious Hazratbal seat , as people say that she has completely ignore her constituency .

Considering grassroot analysis, we rate her 50.
